Werner Capital LLP

Werner Capital started developing high quality real estate in the countryside surrounding London…

We have developed or built residential property for more than USD300 million. In 2017 we were awarded the ‘Best Luxury Home’ by The What House? Awards.

In 2009 our family became the largest shareholder in London listed Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC. Today the company is the largest producer of paper packaging in Central Asia. Its entire production is made out of recycled waste paper.

Thanks to the use of recycled waste, the company has so far saved 3.8 million mature trees from cutting, provided 11.3 million people with clean air and saved 37.5 million kW of electricity.

In 2017 we set-up a plastic recycling business, with the objective of reducing plastic waste in Central Asia. To date we have already become the leading Polyethilene (PE) recycling collector in Central Asia.

In our latest venture, Werner Homes, Werner Capital is seeking to introduce wood and modern methods of construction to the UK housing market. For more information visit: www.werner.homes
